In your 90-minute breathwork + coaching sessions, Emilie will first connect with you to determine what will be most helpful for your breathwork journey, using the power of inquiry to help generate initial clarity in your conscious mind and identify the key blocks that are alive for you in that moment.

Then, she will guide you on your breathwork journey using conscious connected breath and a musical arc that will transport you deep into your subconscious for emotional and trauma release, deeper clarity, reduction of anxiety, improvement of sleep, and nervous system resilience.

Finally, she will work with you to integrate what you experienced on the journey and help you identify concrete next steps to further your self-healing and transformation.

You can use these sessions as frequently or infrequently as you like (for example, you may decide that you want a week of daily breathwork + coaching sessions, or you may be on vacation and not be available for a session for three months). This is all about your own individual journey and what you need in that moment!
